Get financial assistance with the R\u00e9noclimat program!<\/strong><\/h3>

With the arrival of cold weather, do you feel drafts and notice that your floors are cold? Are your heating costs ridiculously high? Now is the perfect time to replace your residential windows and doors. Who knows, you may be eligible for the R\u00e9noclimat financial assistance program.<\/p>

Indeed, since March 31, 2018, participants in the R\u00e9noclimat program can receive financial assistance for the replacement of doors, windows or skylights.<\/p>

R\u00e9noclimat program<\/strong><\/h3>

The R\u00e9noclimat program is designed to help you improve the energy efficiency of your home. To find out if you qualify, you can obtain an energy evaluation before starting any work.<\/p>

Here’s how to proceed:<\/p>

  1. Fill in the online form to book your appointment: Form<\/a><\/li>
  2. An initial assessment of your residence will be conducted by a R\u00e9noclimat evaluator.<\/li>
  3. Following the recommendations from the assessment, you can proceed with renovations for energy efficiency. Come and meet our specialists at Portes et Fen\u00eatres Valleyfield<\/a> to help you choose your energy-efficient windows and doors.<\/li>
  4. When your project is completed, a second evaluation can be performed by the R\u00e9noclimat evaluator (free of charge).<\/li>
  5. If you qualify and all the steps are completed, you can then receive your R\u00e9noclimat financial assistance cheque (10 to 12 weeks after the work has been evaluated).<\/li><\/ol>

    Financial assistance: Am I eligible?<\/b><\/h3>

    Are you interested in this program and would like to know if you can benefit from it? First, you need to be a homeowner (individual or business)<\/b> in Quebec. You must be willing to renovate your home to improve its energy efficiency.<\/p>

    In addition, financial assistance is available to eligible participants who have had their windows and doors replaced with ENERGY STAR\u00ae qualified models.<\/p>
